At Safari Coaching, we strive to provide exceptional mentorship and deliver the promised services as agreed upon at the time of agreement. Please read the following policy to understand our approach towards refunds and fulfillment of the mentorship program:

1. Refund Eligibility:

- Refunds can be offered at any point up until the course material has been accessed by the client.

- Once access to the course material has been granted, no refunds will be issued unless Safari Coaching fails to uphold the fulfilment of the mentorship services offered as agreed upon at the time of agreement.

- Refunds will only be considered if Safari Coaching does not deliver the 1:1 or group mentorship as initially promised and agreed upon.

2. Mentorship Fulfilment:

- Safari Coaching is committed to providing the mentorship services stated in the initial agreement.

- We will fulfil either the 1:1 or group mentorship program as promised, ensuring that our clients receive the support, guidance, and resources they require to achieve their goals and objectives, as well as access to the digital course material. 

3. Agreement Terms:

- It is important to review and understand the terms and conditions outlined in the initial agreement to gain clarity on the mentorship services that Safari Coaching is committed to providing.

- Any deviations from the agreed-upon services may qualify for a refund, subject to evaluation by Safari Coaching.

Down Payment Policy:

In addition to our refund policy, Safari Coaching also has a down payment policy in place. Please review the following information regarding down payments:

1. Non-Refundable:

- Down payments made to hold a place in the mentorship program are non-refundable.

- These payments are intended to secure your spot and demonstrate your commitment to participating in the program.

- Even if you decide to cancel your participation in the program before accessing the course material, the down payment will not be refunded.

2. Applied Towards Course Fee:

- The down payment made will be applied towards the total course fee upon the commencement of the mentorship program.

- This payment ensures that your spot is reserved and helps us allocate the necessary resources to provide you with a seamless learning experience.

3. Schedule Changes:

- In certain circumstances, Safari Coaching may allow a transfer of down payment towards a future course.

- Availability of this option will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to our discretion.

Non-Disclosure and Re-Use of Course Material Agreement:

By accessing the course material provided by Safari Coaching in our online business mentorship program, you agree to the following terms regarding non-disclosure and the re-use of course material:

1. Non-Disclosure:

- You agree to keep all course material, including videos, worksheets, guides, and any other resources provided, confidential and solely for your personal use.

- You will not share, distribute, or disclose any course material or information to any third parties without prior written consent from Safari Coaching.

- This non-disclosure agreement extends to both the content within the course and any other proprietary information shared during the mentorship program.

2. Re-Use of Course Material:

- The course material provided to you is for your personal use and learning only.

- You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any course material, whether in its original form or derived works, without explicit written permission from Safari Coaching.

- Re-use of the course material for any commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the course material and our mentorship program are owned by Safari Coaching.

- No transfer of any intellectual property rights is made or implied by granting access to the course material.

4. Violation of Agreement:

- Any unauthorized use, distribution, or disclosure of the course material will be considered a violation of this agreement.

- Safari Coaching reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions to protect its intellectual property rights and seek compensation for any damages incurred as a result of such violation.

By accessing the course material, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this non-disclosure and re-use of course material agreement.
